Rotherham 10K Numbers and Number Collection.

The closing date for the online entry system will be the 27th Sep 2025. A number list will be displayed on the website.

Before the Race Day

We urge as many runners as possible to collect their numbers in advance of race day

Number collection in advance of the race day will be from the Reception Desk at
Rotherham Leisure Complex, Effingham St, Rotherham S65 1BL

The Reception desk will be open from 07:00 to 21:00 on Monday 29th September until Friday 3rd October.

(We are planning to try and offer collection earlier than the 29th – if we can get hold of the numbers earlier – and we will confirm the earlier date when collections can start asap)

On the Race Day (5th October)

At the Race Venue ONLY (Wentworth). There will be a ‘Places Leisure’ gazebo-based point for number collection on the morning of the 5th. It will be open from 08:00 to 09:15. The gazebo will be near the start / finish area in front of the house

Collecting Someone's Number For Them

To collect a number the person collecting will have to show the email receipt that was sent by the online entry system; which means that if you wish to collect more than your own number, you will need the email receipt for all the numbers you wish to collect.

Using the number

The numbers should be pinned on the front of your vest / running top for the event, using a pin in each corner. The event will use transponder timing (on the back of the race number) which will be triggered at the race start / finish gantry by the floor mat.
